What a rep, merchandiser or installer sees when they scan the QR on a cooler at any later visit. Routine visits and visits triggered by a tracker alert use the same screen.
Two levels on one screen Before the rep answers anything, the screen shows what the tracker is reporting for this cooler right now. The questions then do two jobs: they confirm what the tracker says, and they capture what no sensor can see, such as cracked glass, whose stock is on the shelves, and where the cooler stands in the shop. When a person and the tracker disagree, that disagreement is itself the finding.

This visit's finding The tracker could say the cooler was running warm, but not why. The rep's answers explain it: the cooler is on but the glass is cracked, so it cannot hold temperature. That makes it a service call for a door, not a missing cooler and not a power problem.
Nestlé sets the questions The questions shown are a starting set. Nestlé can change, add or remove them per campaign without touching the codes already on the coolers.
Nothing is overwritten Every scan appends to the cooler's history. A cooler that has been moved, repaired or re-stocked shows the whole sequence, not just the latest state.
