A low-fidelity, click-through wireframe of a two-level monitoring system for Nestlé's chocolate visicoolers, built on one illustrative pilot: 10 coolers already in outlets across Chennai. This is a sign-off artifact about what the system does, not how it looks. Greys, boxes, and placeholders are deliberate.
A QR code fixed to the cooler. An installer or rep scans it with a normal phone camera, no app, and answers a few questions in under a minute.
Periodic · on every visit
A SIM-based GPS tracker fitted inside the cooler and wired to its own power supply, so it needs no battery changes.
Continuous · every few minutes
The crew fits the tracker, fixes the QR and scans once. That single scan joins the QR, the tracker and Nestlé's own asset number into one cooler, at one outlet.
SCREEN 2 · LEVEL 1The rep scans the QR and sees the tracker's live readings before answering a word. The questions then confirm what the tracker reports, and capture what no sensor can see.
SCREEN 3 · BOTH LEVELSAll 10 coolers, live: which are healthy right now, which lost power, which moved, which ran warm, and what the last visit found. One cooler's night shows the two levels working together.
★ HERO SCREEN SCREEN 4 · LEVEL 2Basic and advanced trackers side by side, described by what each one can tell Nestlé, especially when the power goes off.
SCREEN 5 · INDIGO SIDERegister trackers, set each cooler's home zone, choose what raises an alert and who receives it, and edit the check-visit questions.
